Carrot and Orange Juice Recipe


  • 5 medium carrots, scrubbed
  • 3 medium oranges, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)


  • Pour all the ingredients into the blending machine
  • Stir in the chia seeds; first, soak it for 5 minutes
  • Best served when chilled
