Carrot and Orange Juice Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 medium carrots, scrubbed
- 3 medium oranges, peeled
- 1 tablespoon chia seed (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Directions
- Pour all the ingredients into the blending machine
- Stir in the chia seeds; first, soak it for 5 minutes
- Best served when chilled
