For friends who like spicy food, this small stir-fry must not be missed. It can be served with wine and rice, but for me, I can’t eat too spicy. After finishing this dish, I can only eat meat.

- Pork belly (Appropriate amount)
- Green pepper (Appropriate amount0
- Ginger (A few pieces)
- Few petals of Garlic
- Tempeh (Appropriate amount)
- 2 Red pepper
- Salt to taste
- Chicken powder (Appropriate amount)
- Soy sauce (Appropriate amount)
- Old soy (Appropriate amount)
Steps on How to Dried Pork Belly with Hot Pepper
- Get your pork belly with skin, cut into small cubes.
- Cut the red pepper into small cubes, and cut the green pepper into small pieces.
- Mince ginger and garlic, and set aside appropriate amount of fermented soybeans.
- Add bottom oil to the pot and heat it up, add the diced pork belly and stir-fry the oil until the skin is slightly yellow.
- Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir-fry for coloring, set aside.
- In another oil pan, add ginger, garlic, and tempeh and fry until fragrant.
- Then add the green pepper and red pepper and stir-fry over high heat.
- Add pork belly, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder and stir fry evenly.
Note
- After the pork belly is put into the pot, stir-fry the pork belly with oil until the skin is slightly yellow.
- When done frying, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce for coloring, so that the color of the fried product will be better.
